The annual Christmas party distributes brand-new toys and gift packages to over 500 children in the community. Fruit baskets are distributed to seniors and shut-ins.

C-RADD is a community group organized for community improvement and to combat drug use. The Binns-Counts Center participates and hosts their meetings.
The Health Wagon is a mobile health clinic providing free medical care to area residents. The Binns-Counts Center hosts the Health Wagon once a week, providing electricity, facilities for the patients and a site on a main road.
